These forms can be printed and faxed – or filled out electronically, then emailed to us at registration@tribecahebrew.org when it is complete.

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To be enrolled, all students must have completed a registration form for 2008-2009. Our registration forms are more detailed than in prior years so that we can better serve our students. This means that returning students must complete our new registration form to receive their class choice.
